As part of Private Advertiser, you’ll work alongside industry leaders to optimize processes, integrate APIs, and enhance operational efficiency in Canggu, Bali.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire omnichannel journey, from customer acquisition to post-purchase support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in operational excellence and API integration, leveraging tools like Salesforce, SAP, and custom-built APIs. With a strong background in operational management and API integration, you’ll play a crucial role in scaling our digital presence and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the end-to-end omnichannel operational performance, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms.
Lead the implementation and management of API integrations, including Salesforce, SAP, and custom-built APIs.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Monitor and analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in omnichannel operations.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in omnichannel operations and API integration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management and API integration.
Proven track record in driving operational excellence and improving customer experience.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and other relevant API integration tools.
Certifications in API integration and operational management are a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
