As a Collection Officer, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily tasks will include visiting customers to collect overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll use our in-house collection management system to track and manage accounts, ensuring efficient and effective collections.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Use the in-house collection management system to track and manage accounts.
• Report on collection activities and performance to the collections manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
• Contribute to the achievement of company targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or related roles.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of financial services and products.
• Familiarity with collection management systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
