📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT administration and governance, with a strong background in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure.
• Certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in IT administration tools and software, including ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft System Center.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
