Your daily tasks will include coordinating with design teams, reviewing blueprints and materials, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design and construction of retail spaces, ensuring they meet Erajaya's brand standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with design teams, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Review and approve blueprints, material selections, and construction plans.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with Erajaya's marketing and merchandising teams to ensure design aligns with brand identity and customer experience goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interior design and construction.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles and project management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or project management role.
• Proven experience in overseeing retail and lifestyle space design projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with Erajaya's brand and design standards.
