📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of 5-10 designers in developing innovative merchandise concepts that align with brand strategy and market trends.
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final production, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure designs meet business objectives.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure designs are produced to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement design guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency across all merchandise.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for design innovation.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior designers within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative merchandise designs.
• Proven track record of leading successful design projects and mentoring design teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
