In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will also oversee the HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. Additionally, you will manage the administrative functions, including office management, travel arrangements, and procurement. This role offers a unique blend of financial, HR, and administrative responsibilities, providing a comprehensive view of the company's operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.
• Manage administrative functions including office management, travel arrangements, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and HR policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance, HR, and admin teams.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive the company's strategic objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, HR, or administrative roles.
• Certification in financial accounting or HR management is a plus.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
