📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT project management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a similar role.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
