📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end import process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to streamline import operations.
• Monitor import costs, identify opportunities for cost savings, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Develop and implement import strategies to meet company objectives and market demands.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of import processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Provide regular reports to management on import performance, costs, and compliance.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of import plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in import management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import documentation.
• Proficient in using import management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, including knowledge of freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.
