📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on healthcare products and services.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
  • Provide regular sales reports and presentations to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
