Sentral Oka Geprek is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Barista/Cashier to join our team in Kudus, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, as well as handling customer transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.,Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.,Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and cash handling procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
