New Gate Abadi is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain management. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Track and manage shipping and transportation costs, ensuring they are within budget.,Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and generate regular reports for management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to logistics and supply chain management.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide support to the sales and marketing teams by ensuring products are available when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics and supply chain regulations and best practices.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
