PT Cakrawala Bhakti is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning programs are integrated into the company's overall strategy.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional development goals.,Monitor and report on the progress of learning programs and their impact on employee performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
