Puskesmas Fitri Bakso is seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to help us make informed business decisions. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets to identify trends and insights.,Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support business decision-making.,Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and relevant to business needs.,Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure that our data is reliable and trustworthy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to ensure that we are using the best practices and technologies.,Provide data-driven recommendations to support business objectives and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with healthcare data and healthcare analytics is a plus.
