📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Providing regular reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
