NOVA Abadi is looking for a Lead Warehouse Staff to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, and we are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.,Resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
