📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of retail sales consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure they meet performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales leadership roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.
