PT Galih Visi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Crew Member to join our team in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of crew members, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of crew members, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Oversee the daily operations of the project, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all project requirements are met.,Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is safe for all employees.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication with all team members and stakeholders.,Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new crew members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures is a plus.,Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
