Crown Global Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's cash flow, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's cash flow and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Oversee the cash handling process and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Train and mentor junior cashiers and staff on cash handling procedures.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Handle cash deposits and ensure proper reconciliation of bank statements.,Resolve any discrepancies in cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure timely payment of staff salaries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cash handling or financial role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and best practices.,Ability to train and mentor staff on cash handling procedures.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
