📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
1. Identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote our products and services.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage and grow our KOL network.
3. Monitor and analyze the performance of our KOLs to ensure we're meeting our marketing goals.
4. Create high-quality, engaging content for our KOLs to share.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with our KOLs to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proven track record of successful KOL management.
