Manage recruitment and selection processes,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Facilitate training and development programs,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels🛠️ Keahlian
