📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Coordinate training and development programs,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR software,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting is a plus,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus
