In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and advice.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, including forecasting and variance analysis.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial improvement opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
