📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, security, and interoperability of cross-border payment systems
• Lead and manage projects related to cross-border payments, ensuring alignment with MAS's strategic objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and best practices in cross-border payments
• Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and risks in the cross-border payments landscape
• Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Participate in regulatory and industry forums to represent MAS and contribute to the development of global standards
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team
• Ensure compliance with MAS's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cross-border payments, financial technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, policies, and standards
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
