📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and plan construction projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and budget requirements.
  • Oversee the construction process, coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and final documentation.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and improve project efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in civil engineering.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel for site inspections and meetings.
