📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty,Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products or services,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to improve our offerings and meet customer needs,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our company,Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role,Proven track record of success in sales and business development,Strong communication and negotiation skills,Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems,Knowledge of the media and advertising industry is a plus,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required
