Accounting Staff - General Ledger & Financial Reporting

Paradise Perkasa is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Staff to join our finance team in Sukmajaya, Jawa Barat. As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining our general ledger, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain the general ledger with accuracy and timeliness.
• Process and record financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc accounting tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP or IFRS is a plus.
