Oversee and coordinate the export-import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business transactions.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of documentation and reporting related to export-import activities.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the export-import industry.,Proven track record of managing and supervising teams to achieve operational goals.,Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of local language is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP or other logistics management systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel is required.
