📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by following standard recipes and techniques.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies.,Participate in health and safety inspections and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.,Contribute to the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Experience with a variety of cuisines and ability to adapt to different menu requirements.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage and motivate a team of kitchen staff.
