Segi Fresh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for Loss Prevention & Security in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive security and loss prevention strategies to protect company assets and ensure the safety of employees and customers.,Oversee the daily operations of the security team, including personnel management, training, and performance evaluation.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security and loss prevention measures into overall business operations.,Monitor and analyze security incidents and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to security and loss prevention.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and security agencies to enhance the effectiveness of security operations.,Provide leadership and guidance to the security team to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management and loss prevention, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing security and loss prevention programs.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
