📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the complete transformation process of properties, from initial planning to final delivery.
  • Work closely with design, construction, and client management teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide regular progress reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of local and international real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in property development.
