📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure they are met.,Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions when necessary.,Maintain and update manufacturing equipment and machinery.,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and increase productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical support to the production team.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Proficient in using manufacturing software and equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
