📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and update social media profiles on various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn),Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and graphics,Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies,Analyze social media performance and provide insights to improve our online presence,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall marketing strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian,Creative and innovative thinking with a keen eye for design,Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social),Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus
