📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the SPX Express hub in Batang, ensuring that delivery processes are efficient and reliable.
• Lead and mentor a team of delivery agents, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules using tools like Google Maps and internal logistics software.
• Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
