📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Pencak Silat classes to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and student needs.
• Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations of Pencak Silat techniques.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize and participate in martial arts competitions and events.
• Promote the benefits of Pencak Silat through community outreach and public demonstrations.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in Pencak Silat through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pencak Silat instructor or similar martial arts role.
• Certification as a Pencak Silat instructor or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of Pencak Silat techniques, forms, and combat applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively and inspire students.
• Good physical fitness and ability to demonstrate techniques safely.
• Experience in organizing and participating in martial arts competitions and events.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Passionate about preserving and promoting traditional Indonesian martial arts.
