📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for vehicles and machinery.
• Oversee the work of mechanics and technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles and machinery to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate supplies are available.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in Automotive or Heavy Equipment Maintenance is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle and machinery systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
