📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Negotiate competitive rates with air freight carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions for our clients.
• Procure logistics services from various vendors to meet our clients' requirements.
• Manage freight forwarding operations, including documentation, tracking, and customs clearance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Prepare and analyze reports on rate negotiations, procurement activities, and freight forwarding operations.
• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in rate negotiation, logistics procurement, or freight forwarding.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with logistics management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
