📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock control and ordering.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Process and record all sales transactions accurately.,Maintain and update store records and databases.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store displays and promotions.,Support the store manager in any additional administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
