📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Check in and out guests, and maintain accurate records of their visits.,Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed.,Provide information about the company, its services, and its facilities to visitors and clients.,Assist with event coordination and setup, including arranging seating, providing refreshments, and setting up equipment.,Monitor and maintain the security of the reception area, ensuring that all visitors and clients are safely and securely managed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and computer software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
